Bullion Referral Program FAQs
How does the Sprott Money referral program work?
Tell your family and friends about our bullion referral program, and when they call us at 1-888-861-0775 to make a purchase, have them mention your name as their referrer, or have them enter your name in the referral section of the order checkout. After their order is complete (paid for and shipped/ stored), we will send you an email with a discount code for your next purchase. You may use the discount code when you place the order online or over the phone.
What rewards do I receive for referring friends and / or family?
For referring friends and / or family, you will receive a discount based on the value of the order your referrer makes. Here's how it works:
- For orders between $1,000 and $19,999, you will receive a $20 discount.
- For orders between $20,000 and $99,999, you will receive a $100 discount.
- For orders of $100,000 and above, you will receive a $500 discount.
Can I combine the referral discount code with other referral codes?
Yes. Multiple discount codes can be combined with other referral discount codes.
How do I track my referrals and rewards?
To track your referrals and rewards, simply give us a call, and we'll guide you through the process.
Do I get a discount code every time my referral orders?
No. Discounts are based on the referred client’s first purchase only. Clients can not accumulate orders to reach the 1k minimum.
Can I accumulate multiple orders to meet the minimum requirement for a promo code?
To qualify for the referral program, each individual first order only, must meet or exceed a minimum value of $1000 CAD, as we do not combine multiple orders to reach this threshold. Additionally, the referrer must have placed at least one order with us.
When do I receive my discount code?
You will receive your discount code via email when the referral’s order is complete. A completed order is when an order is fully paid and either shipped and received at your referral’s address or stored in your referral’s new storage account.
