Sprott Money Best Price Match Guarantee | Terms and Conditions

The Sprott Money Best Price Match Guarantee ("Price Match Guarantee") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorized Bullion Dealer: To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the competing price must be offered by an authorized bullion dealer recognized by Sprott Money. Sprott Money reserves the right to verify the status of the competing dealer's authorization.

2. Matching Product Specifications: The Price Match Guarantee applies only to products that are identical in terms of weight, condition, mint of origin, and year of production.

3. Verification of Competing Price: To request a price match, customers must provide clear and verifiable proof of the lower competing price. Acceptable forms of verification may include, but are not limited to, website links, advertisements, official quotes, or other written documentation that clearly identifies the product, price, and source.

4. Out-of-Stock Products: Items advertised by a competitor as out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase are not eligible for price matching under the Price Match Guarantee. Sprott Money will only consider price matching for products that are currently in stock and available for purchase from both Sprott Money and the competitor.

5. Sprott Money's Right to Refuse Price Match: Sprott Money reserves the right to refuse any price match request at its sole discretion if it determines that the competing price does not meet the specified criteria or if there is any suspicion of misrepresentation or fraudulent activity.

6. Suspension of Price Match Offer: Sprott Money may suspend or terminate the Price Match Guarantee during periods of exceptional market volatility, economic instability, or any other extraordinary circumstances, at its sole discretion. Customers will be notified of such suspensions via the Sprott Money website or other communication channels (e.g., social media, weekly newsletter, etc.).

7. Price Match Guarantee Limits: The Price Match Guarantee may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Sprott Money.

8. Sprott Money's Final Decision: All decisions regarding the Price Match Guarantee, including eligibility, matching criteria, and disputes, will be made at the sole discretion of Sprott Money. Sprott Money's decision shall be final and binding.

9. Modification or Termination: Sprott Money reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Price Match Guarantee program at any time, with or without prior notice.
