“The issue here is when you have massive amounts of credit—either on the consumer level, like we do here in Canada, or on the Federal level—you get your hands tied. Whatever you do is going to end up not so good. So, I think that’s what they’re trying to do, they’re trying to get that Goldilocks scenario right now
